Is there any risk of my investment for EB-5 applicatioin?

According to the spirit of this investment, EB-5 investments must be “at risk” in the same way that any equity, stock or other type of investment carries inherent risk. Regional centers, like other entities that market investment opportunities, cannot guarantee a return on investment. Regional Centers also cannot guarantee return of the investment principal to the investor.

What is my financial commitment for this EB-5 investment?

It is required to invest a minimum of $1 million, unless the investment is located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA)—a rural area or area of high-unemployment designated by USCIS. Most of the projects of EB5 Embassy's Regional Center are in TEA and can accept a minimum of $500,000.

Do I have to keep making investment afterward?

No, you don't need to invest more than it requires. It is your option if you would like to invest more for profit.  It is optional.

Is this investment for myself or for my entire family?

EB-5 is for all your family member who are younger than 21.

How long do I have to wait?

It is about 5 years. It depends on the entire numbers of applications world-wide. There are 10000 quota each year.
